My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and had a splendid view of the bay from the 22nd floor, which was amazing, but unfortunately, they lacked ventilation, and the soundproofing was not great. Breakfast arrangements were quite inconvenient, making me wait for 20 minutes regularly, which was not ideal. However, the service was friendly and efficient, meeting my needs promptly and with a smile.

The hotel is situated in one of the best locations at Mumbai's Nariman Point, offering a superb view of the bay. The rooms are modern, but some pest control is needed as insects were noticed in the bathroom. The service provided, including room service and car hire, is exceptional. The dining options are diverse and impressive, especially at the Mexican lounge. The facility boasts great amenities but could benefit from some improvements.
